A Memorable Customer Experience

Opening a new Customer Experience Center during the pandemic (February, 2021) was a both a challenge and a huge opportunity. Many businesses struggled to stay open and the pace of introducing innovation slowed. So, when Midmark announced the opening of this beautiful new facility, it was big news in the dental industry.  

The campaign to launch this facility that included a 3,500 s.f. showroom, large design center, and conference room with seating for 100 was significant. My team announced this leveraging PR, social media, national webinars with the Midmark and distribution partners' sales teams, presentation material and literature, website content and more. 

While the space was designed for customer visits, travel was limited at the time. We were able to put mobile webcam carts in place and host virtual planning and design engagements to keep business momentum.
