Active Leadership
The pandemic made us think differently about leadership. "How can I keep customers engaged, my sales team motivated, and my team performing at high levels?"
My unique challenge was the opening of a new, highly anticipated customer experience center and showroom in February, 2021 during the height of the quarantine. Original plans were to bring our national sales team in for a grand reveal and training on how to utilize the center and host customers. But "plan b" was an effective use of video, in lieu of travel. While the video is lengthy, the sales team could not have been more excited. We also had the opportunity to share it via webinars with our channel partners. The new center soon became the talk of the industry and we generated reservations for customer visits for when travel was safe.
By personally delivering this tour with our VP, Dental Sales, my goal was to show the excitement of the leadership team and the confidence we had in the growth of the business through this amazing investment.
